2. How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (typically within 24 hours), you will receive:

  • An email with your tracking number and carrier details
  • An SMS with a direct link to track your package in real-time
  • You can also track your order anytime at Track Your Order Page

Our courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, Ekart, Amazon Shipping) provide real-time tracking updates throughout the delivery process.

3. Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is submitted, it is processed very quickly (typically within 24 hours) to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we are unable to modify orders after they have been placed. Please double-check your items, quantities, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you need to make changes, your best option is to cancel the order (if still possible) and place a new one with the correct details.

4. How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Since we process orders quickly (usually within 24 hours), we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

To cancel your order:

  • Email us immediately at info@adorabl3.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line

5. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

  • An immediate order confirmation page on our website
  • An order confirmation email within a few minutes
  • An SMS confirmation to your registered mobile number

If you don't receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately.

We process orders quickly from our warehouse in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and use reliable courier partners for fast delivery:

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4-5 business days

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability. You will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery in real-time.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required. No hidden charges. What you see is what you pay!

The courier service is automatically selected based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery.

4. How does the delivery process work?

Here's what happens after you place your order:

  2. We pack your order securely at our Ghaziabad warehouse (within 24 hours)
  3. Your package is picked up by our courier partner
  4. You receive tracking information via email and SMS
  5. The courier delivers your package to your address
  6. You receive your order and enjoy your purchase!

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We serve customers across all states and union territories. International shipping may be available in the future.

6. What if I'm not available to receive my delivery?

If you're not available when the courier attempts delivery:

  • The courier will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
  • You'll receive a call or SMS from the delivery partner
  • You can reschedule delivery through the tracking link
  • In some cases, you can pick up the package from the nearest courier office

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Once your order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address as it's already in transit. However, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at info@adorabl3.com or +91-9891355197, and we'll try our best to update the address.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

We have a customer-friendly 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. The product must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

2. How do I start a return?

Starting a return is easy:

  3. We'll send you a return authorization within 24 hours
  4. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address at no cost to you
  5. Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep

Important: Please do not send items back without receiving return authorization first.

3. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse and approve the return:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days from approval
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may take an additional 3-7 business days to credit the amount

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method
COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI

4. Do you charge any fees for returns?

5. Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We offer two options for exchanges:

  • Option 1 (Fastest): Return your item and place a new order for the item you want

6. I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately:

  • Email us at info@adorabl3.com within 30 days of delivery (ideally within 48 hours for fastest resolution)
  • Include your order number
  • Attach a photo or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

We will immediately arrange for:

  • A free replacement (shipped at no cost to you), OR
  • A full refund (no questions asked)
  • Free return pickup for the damaged/incorrect item

7. What items cannot be returned?

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available for most orders and locations. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. Please note:

  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply (shown at checkout if applicable)
  • COD orders require OTP or phone verification
  • Please keep exact change ready when possible
