Payment Methods

1. UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay When You Receive

For customers who prefer to pay in cash, we offer Cash on Delivery service for eligible orders. This option allows you to inspect your product before making payment. Here's how COD works:

  • Complete your order and provide your delivery address.
  • Pay in cash to our delivery partner when your order arrives at your doorstep.
  • Please keep exact change ready when possible to help our delivery partners.

Important COD Notes:

  • COD may not be available for all products or all locations.
  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply (if applicable, it will be shown at checkout).
  • COD orders must be verified through OTP or phone confirmation.
  • Please be available to receive the order and inspect the package before payment.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI as per our Refund Policy.

Payment Currency

All transactions on Adorabl3 are processed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). If you are using an international payment method, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion charges and international transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.

Payment Issues & Failed Transactions

If you encounter any difficulties while making a payment, here's what you should do:

Payment Failed but Money Deducted:

  • Don't worry - this is usually a temporary hold by your bank or payment provider.
  • The amount will typically be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days automatically.
  • If the refund doesn't appear within 7 business days, please contact us with your transaction details.

Payment Gateway Errors:

  • Try refreshing the page and attempting payment again.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try using a different payment method or browser.
  • Check if your payment method has sufficient balance/credit limit.

Card Declined:

  • Ensure you've entered correct card details (number, expiry date, CVV).
  • Check if your card is enabled for online transactions.
  • Verify your card has sufficient balance/credit limit.
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists - they may have blocked the transaction for security reasons.

UPI/Net Banking Issues:

  • Ensure your bank account is active and has sufficient balance.
  • Check if your UPI app or net banking service is working properly.
  • Try again after a few minutes as bank servers may be temporarily busy.
